Returns and Refunds
At K Beauty Glow, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, we offer store credit or refunds on eligible items returned within 7 days of purchase.

To ensure a smooth and efficient return process, please contact us before sending any items back to receive a Return Authorization Form. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted or may take longer to process.

🚚 Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless they qualified for free shipping.

Change of Mind Returns
We accept change-of-mind returns provided that:
✔️ Items are unopened, unused, and in their original condition
✔️ All packaging, tamper-resistant seals, and protective wrapping are intact

💳 Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

🚫 Clearance and discontinued items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged or leaking, we recommend refusing delivery and taking a photo of the damaged package.

This must be done within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you. If an image of the fault or damage is not provided, we may not be able to offer a resolution.

Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive an incorrect item or an item is missing from your order, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your package.

✔️ A photo of the incorrect item
✔️ Your order number

We may require the incorrect item to be returned before issuing a replacement or refund.

Important: If an incorrect item is used or opened, we will not be able to offer a resolution, even if the item was mistakenly sent by us. Please check all items carefully upon delivery.

How to Return an Item
1. Contact us – Email hello@kbeautyglow.au with your return request. Our team will provide a Return Authorization Form and instructions.
2. Pack your item securely – Ensure the item is protected for transit. You may use the original K Beauty Glow packaging or another secure option.
3. Send it back – Customers must cover return shipping costs unless they originally qualified for free shipping. Once we receive your item, we’ll process your refund or store credit within 7 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation when the return has been completed.
