📦 Processing & Shipping Times

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Shipping Timeframes:
    • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
    • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
    • International Shipping: 7-14 business days (subject to customs clearance)
  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

🌍 Shipping Rates & Locations

  • We currently ship Australia-wide and offer international shipping to select countries.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping method.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $89.95

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using the provided link. If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 days of placing your order, please contact us at orders@kbeautyglow.au


🚨 Shipping Delays & Issues

While we do our best to meet shipping estimates, delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • Public holidays, peak seasons, or weather conditions
  • Unexpected courier delays
  • Customs clearance for international orders

If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please reach out to us, and we’ll assist you in tracking it down.


📦 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local post office or neighbours before contacting us. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages but will do our best to assist you.
  • Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, please email us at hello@kbeautyglow.au with photos of the damaged items within 48 hours of delivery, and we will work on a resolution.

📢 International Shipping & Customs Fees

  • International customers may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are determined by the destination country. Hidehere is not responsible for any additional charges.
  • If your package is held at customs, you are responsible for handling clearance.
